Price, location, and amenities are still the key criteria for commercial projects, but green benefits provide significant differentiation in active markets. Surveys of condominium owners for one project stated energy savings and healthier environmental benefits were factors in the purchase decision for about 30% of the buyers, and determining factors for about 10% of the buyers.
